HAPPY CATURDAY!

All throughout my childhood my sister, Sheri, would take home any dog that she thought was abandoned, a runaway, or abused.  I can't even recall the countless times we had random neighborhood dogs in our backyard.  It got to a point that these dogs would just run away from their respective homes to come hang out with us.  We even had a woman who lived up the street GIVE us her little Shih Tzu because she was tired of him always running away to visit us.  Just recently Sheri took in her first stray cat that was abandoned when the owner moved.  The cat was pregnant and just recently gave birth to four healthy kittens.  Sheri cried to me yesterday, "giving away these cats is the hardest thing I've ever done!"

I'd like to quickly note that my sister completely put herself through college, works at one of the biggest ad agencies in the nation, and has to deal with me on a daily basis.  I would say those have been much harder for her BUT given her history with animals... I'm pretty sure she actually believes this is the hardest thing she's done.

    1. You have a small window of opportunity to come back to Portland and play with them before they're adopted! ^_^
