I met up with Monica last week to take a few photographs for a little project I wanted to start. Unfortunately, most of the initial desired shots were wiped out due to an accidental light leak (I'm frantically shaking my fists in the air RIGHT NOW). Fortunately Monica has an absolutely lovely face and an adorably infectious smile so I still came out ahead.
LOOK AT IT! It's adorable.
Hey, am I actually blogging now? Oh my favorite twenty-two, and only, readers of Painted Bird... I hope you're proud of me. I have two badass giveaways planned for the future. Stay tuned.

Oh my god, she has exactly the tattoo I'm planning to get! I've never seen it before but I totally love it on her :) (And ofcourse, it will be with my own cat, I'm so excited for my appointment on the fourth of october). These pics are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome! Be sure to post it when it's done!
Deletedo you know who did her cat tattoo?
ReplyDeleteHer artist is Jake Tong of Moment of Truth in Portland, Oregon!
DeleteI think so too :)
ReplyDeleteAnd this is film? Dang! You're both lovely. I'm so proud of your blogging. I hope you know I do actually read, I'm just a shitty commenter. Love you, sweetheart.
ReplyDeleteYes, ma'am! I shot with my canon ae-1 and my hasselblad. You're the best. I like this style more than Tumblr. It reminds me of a certain website we met on. <3<3
DeleteThat's incredible. You need to teach me this film magic. I'm oblivious to film cameras. Aw babe! Forever ago.. <3
DeleteI'm on it! All you need to do is come to Portland ;)
DeleteIt's a good thing that I'm moving to California then ;) I'll be thatttt much closer!
DeleteLove the first and fourth one down.
